A maximum of two pets are allowed per apartment. A combination of cats and dogs are permitted. The weight of any individual dog or cat cannot exceed 75 lbs. The combined weight of any two animals cannot exceed 100 lbs. Pets must be spayed or neutered.Prior to moving in a pet, a resident pays a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 and additional pet rent of $25 per pet a month per apartment. I LOVE living at Tracy Creek Apartments! Office staff are friendly and very responsive if I have an issue with anything. Right after I moved in, my washing machine was leaking and another was installed within 24 hours. It is quiet, safe, and the ponds make the environment so pleasant. - Resident
