Every apartment is cleaned, painted, and has the carper cleaned or replaced prior to move-in. The Property Manager also inspects each unit before it is deemed ready.

Yes, we have on-site maintenance available 24/7.

You can submit work orders online through the resident portal. If it's after hours, you can call emergency maintenance.

Maintenance issues are handled in order of urgency first and then in order as received

No, it's not required unless there will be minor children there under the age of 18.

Paid gas heat, water, and trash as well as ample closet space and full size washer and dryer

Yes, we have free lot parking as well as garages for an additional fee.

A full-size washer and dryer is included in all units.

Yes, we are pet friendly

Yes, there's a $150.00 non-refundable Pet Fee and $20.00 per month Pet Rent for up to two pets.

Yes, our shortest lease term is 6 months.

Yes, we offer corporate housing through VIA by Edward Rose. Please contact your Leasing Office for more information.

Due to COVID-19 we will no longer be able to accept packages in our office.

There are no quiet hours. We charge a fee to rent our community building where applicable.

We accept both appointments and walk-ins.

Management is available during office hours Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 6:00 pm.

Applicants are screened within 24 hours and we usually get results the same day of application.

The Security Deposit, Administrative Fee, pro-rated rent , as well as any optional amenities like internet, cable, or garages are due the day the lease begins.

Read the terms of the lease and make sure you understand what you are signing and agreeing to.

The simplest way is paying through Resident Services online with a checking or savings account. We also have WIPS payment option or you can mail a check to the corporate office.

Log into Resident Services and click the pay now option.

There are additional fees for Internet service, Dish Network, and garages.

Not required but strongly suggested. Better to be safe than sorry.

You're more than welcome to have guests but you are responsible for them.

A 60-day notice is required plus 200% of the monthly rent is the termination fee.
